Why does my plumbing rattle all the time?
This is normally a problem with the water lines not being properly isolated.  This can be fixed, but for best results should be attempted by an experienced plumber only.
My water heater isn’t working as well as it used to.  What’s the problem?

This normally has something to do with sediment build up in the tank.  You may need to get it cleaned out.

My toilet will randomly empty itself of water, without anyone flushing it. What does this mean?
It sounds like this could be a venting problem.  Make sure the vent system in the fixtures is properly working.
How often should I inspect my septic tank?
You should inspect your septic tank, at least once every three years.  Even if you aren’t having any problems, you could still have an issue brewing.  Regular tank inspections can save you a lot of money in repairs later on down the line.
